In 2021, LAUFEN, as part of the Roca Group, has joined the United Nations Global Compact, a worldwide pact between companies and the UN that aims to build stronger corporate practices for a more sustainable and inclusive future for the promotion of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
The We Are Water Foundation is an initiative of Roca Group established in 2010 with the aim of contributing to the solution of problems derived from the lack of water and sanitation around the world. LAUFEN is aware that water is a unique and limited resource and is partner of the We Are Water Foundation.
Platinum Medal from EcoVadis
Roca Group achieved Platinum Medal recognition from EcoVadis for outstanding sustainability performance. As part of Roca Group’s commitment to Sustainable Development, the company undergoes an annual assessment by EcoVadis, the global standard for business sustainability ratings. In the latest evaluation, completed in January 2025, Roca Group earned a Platinum Medal, placing the company in the top 1% globally among more than 150,000 companies assessed.
The EcoVadis assessment covers 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. This recognition reinforces Roca Group's position as a sustainability leader and underscores its commitment to making a positive impact on People, Planet, and Prosperity.
